Shipping Policy
The purchased crafts will be sent from Mexico City, in the case of small items, they will be delivered within a period of 6 business days from the confirmation date, which will be considered when payment for the purchase is received as long as the piece purchased is in stock and available, otherwise the customer will be notified of the new delivery time which will include the product preparation time and shipping time.
Delivery of large products. Delivery time for these items is 7 to 12 business days. It is important to consider that large items are delivered at street level, on the sidewalk, at the entrance of the house or building designated for delivery. The courier is not responsible for taking the items to a higher or lower floor unless indicated on the sheet that establishes the “Delivery Terms” on the product page.
For custom-made pieces, the shipping time will be notified to the customer once the order is placed and payment of the requested/established advance payment or full payment is confirmed. This communication will be carried out only with authorized personnel through institutional emails.
All crafts are professionally packaged, always ensuring that the products arrive in good condition and to the satisfaction of our customers since they are delicate crafts and whose manufacturing process is unique and careful.
Please note that the delivery service does not include unpacking or installation, unless indicated in the “Delivery Terms” of the product.
All our products travel at the buyer’s expense and risk, which is why we have transportation insurance and additional insurance that protects our client’s investment. We can send our pieces to any country in the world.
All national and international shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
In the case of cases in which the client informs us in writing that he requests that the product remain in customs and the collection be carried out at his own expense, if the case arises that the product was detained at customs for reasons beyond his control. We distance ourselves from the recovery process and there will be no refund of the payment made.
