That is why our curation is by “Element of origin”, here METAL: Gold, silver, copper and a great diversity of metals have been historical witnesses of value and use. Various techniques have been developed to shape them, ranging from laminating, spinning, welding, embossing, hammering, to the casting technique through the procedure called “lost wax” typical of goldsmithing that dates back to 2000 BC.

In Cardeña we highlight art that is made in the State of Mexico, Guerrero and Michoacán.
